Matthew Spradley

Partner

Matthew has worked in Louisiana governmental affairs since 2010, following service in Governor Bobby Jindal’s Office of Boards and Commissions. His experience spans agriculture, healthcare, workforce policy, legislative advocacy, appropriations, and capital outlay. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and an MBA from LSU.

Jesse McCormick

Partner

Jesse brings extensive experience in Louisiana’s legislative, budget, and capital outlay processes, including service in the State Treasurer’s administration and on the State Bond Commission staff. He has secured funding for municipalities, fire protection districts, and healthcare priorities, and helped advance major statewide investments in roads, bridges, and infrastructure.

Daryn Bovard

Partner

Daryn brings 14 years of lobbying and government relations experience across Louisiana’s legislative, executive, regulatory, and local governmental bodies. He founded Community Tree and secured a state appropriation to launch its work assisting low-income homeowners. He holds a master’s degree in Environmental Science from LSU.
